The 110kV oil-immersed energy-saving transformers are divided into on-load voltage regulation power transformers and off-excitation voltage regulation power transformers, suitable for three-phase, 50HZ , 110kV level and below. 1 | The high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical or continuous structure, which improves the impact distribution of the winding. | |||||||||
2 | The low-voltage winding within the capacity range of 6300~80000kVA adopts a cylindrical or spiral structure, featuring high mechanical strength, balanced ampere-turn distribution, and strong short-circuit resistance. | |||||||||
3 | A positioning mechanism is added to the transformer body to prevent displacement during transportation. At the same time, all fasteners are equipped with lock nuts to ensure that they do not loosen during long-term operation, fulfilling the requirement of not needing to lift the core. | |||||||||
