Structure Feature | ||
The cabinet structure is composed of KS profiles (KB profiles can also be used). The standard module is 20mm. The cabinet body is electrostatic sprayed after acid cleaning and phosphating. Galvanizing and passivation treatment for internal partition and drawer. Each functional room is isolated from each other, and its compartment is divided into functional unit room, bus room and cable room. Functional Unit | ||
The module of drawer floor height is 160mm, which is divided into five size series: 1/2 unit, 1/2 unit, 1/2 unit, 2 unit and 3 unit. The rated current of unit circuit is 400A and below. The drawer changes only in height, but its width and depth do not change. Drawers with the same functional unit have good interchangeability. Each Mcc cabinet can install up to 11 1-unit drawers or 22 1/2 drawers. The drawer unit is equipped with mechanical interlocking device, and the panel has obvious signs of opening, closing test, withdrawal and other positions. The design of this product improves the thermal capacity of the adapter and greatly reduces the additional temperature rise caused by the temperature rise of the adapter to the connector, cable head and partition. The separation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable, and the failure of one unit will not affect the work of other units, so that the failure is limited to the minimum range.
