SH15 Amorphous Alloy Transformer is oil-filled and fully sealed. Its principle is the same as fully sealed transformer.The basic elements of amorphous alloy are iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron, carbon, etc. It is an isotropic soft magnetic material with small magnetization power and no structural defects that hinder domain wall movement. It is extremely thin, only 0.027mm thick, and the filling factor is correspondingly small, only 0.75 to 0.8. Its resistivity is very high, 3 to 6 times that of silicon steel sheet, and its hardness is 5 times that of silicon steel strip. Amorphous alloy material is particularly sensitive to stress. |
